Upload and manage form attachments
Use the attachment field to upload one or more files to a form, track upload progress, and stay within any file limits that apply.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form with the attachment field
Navigate to the relevant form and scroll to the section that includes the attachment field, identified by its label and any explanatory hint text beneath it.

Step 2: Check how many files you can upload
Review the attachment field to understand whether it allows a single file or multiple files; if a limit is set, an error message will appear if you try to exceed the maximum number of files.

Step 3: Start selecting files to upload
Click the upload button or file selector within the attachment field to open your device’s file picker, then choose one or more files you wish to attach.

Step 4: Confirm files within the allowed limit
After selecting files, the system checks how many can be added; if you choose more than permitted, it automatically restricts uploads to the allowed number and shows a message explaining how many will be uploaded.

Step 5: Wait for files to upload
Watch the upload progress indicator as each file is uploaded; during this time the attachment control is temporarily disabled to prevent further changes until uploading finishes.

Step 6: Review attached files and any errors
Once uploading is complete, review the list of successfully attached files; if any issues occurred, check the displayed error message so you can adjust your selection or try again.
