Review and manage workflow section progress

View the current status, assignees and completion details for each section of a workflow, and take follow‑up actions where available.

Steps

Step 1: Open the workflow progress view

Navigate to the workflow where you want to track progress; the workflow progress panel lists all sections in order with their current status and assignment information.

Step 2: Review section order and status

Use the numbered badges to understand the sequence of sections and refer to the status labels (Pending, In progress, Completed, Amended) to see how each section is progressing.

Step 3: Check who is assigned to each section

For each section, review the assignee details to see who is responsible, identify sections that are not yet assigned, and confirm whether a section is currently assigned to you.

Step 4: Identify sections needing assignment

Look for sections marked as pending with no assignees where issuer assignment is required, so you can arrange for the appropriate person to be assigned in your workflow process.

Step 5: Confirm completion responsibility

For completed sections, review who completed the work, using the displayed user details to verify accountability and ensure the correct person has signed off.

Step 6: Use external actions to open, audit or assign sections

Where your application provides buttons or links connected to this view, open specific sections, review audit history or adjust assignees based on the information shown in the progress list.
