Issue a project form

Use this dialog to issue a project form instance, choosing the form template and version before sending or sharing it with recipients.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the issue form dialog

From your project workspace, select the option to issue a form; the Issue Form dialog opens, showing options to choose a template and configure how the form will be issued.

Step 2: Choose a form template

In the Template section, open the drop-down list and select the appropriate form template for your project; the dialog then prepares to load available versions of that template.

Step 3: Select the form version

In the Version field, confirm the default “latest” version or pick a specific version from the drop-down list if you need to use an older or particular revision.

Step 4: Choose how the form will be issued

Select the instance type, such as Assigned to send it to one named person, Open Link so anyone with the link can respond, or Anonymous for feedback that does not capture identity.

Step 5: Review the template details

Use the template preview section to review the key fields and structure of the selected template so you can confirm it suits your intended use.

Step 6: Issue the form

Click the button to issue the form; the system creates a new form instance and can generate a public link or QR code that you can share with the intended recipients.
