Submit a public form
Complete and submit a public form that has been shared with you via a link, including any required workflow sections.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the shared public form link
Follow the shared link containing the form token to open the public form page in your browser, where the form title, description and any instructions are displayed.
Step 2: Review form instructions and deadlines
Read the form description, guidance and any expiry information so you understand what information is required and by when.
Step 3: Enter your name and email
Provide your name and email address in the contact fields at the top of the page so your submission can be identified and acknowledged if needed.
Step 4: Complete the visible form fields
Work through the displayed form fields rendered on the page, filling in all required information while noting that some fields may be locked or hidden based on configuration.
Step 5: Navigate and complete workflow sections (if enabled)
If the form is split into workflow sections, use the workflow progress area and section dialog to open each section, complete the relevant fields, and mark sections as complete.
Step 6: Review your responses
Check all your answers in the main form and any workflow sections, correcting any mistakes before final submission.
Step 7: Submit the form
Use the submit button to send your responses; the system validates your entries and, if successful, records your submission and may navigate you away from the form.
