Fill in a project form
Open a form, work through it section by section, and submit it once it's done — so your project has the records it needs.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form from your project
In your project's Forms area, select the form you want to work on. It opens showing the form details and how far along it is.

Step 2: Check what's done and what's left
At the top of the page, look at the progress bar to see which sections are finished, which are in progress, and which you haven't started yet.

Step 3: Open a section to start filling it in
Select a section in the progress bar to open it and start adding your answers.

Step 4: Answer the questions
Work through the fields in that section, filling in or updating the information needed. Your answers are saved as you move between sections or submit.

Step 5: Mark a section as done
Once you've finished a section, mark it as complete so everyone else can see it's sorted.

Step 6: Reopen a section to fix something
If a completed section needs changing, reopen it, update your answers, and save it again.

Step 7: Hand a section to someone else
If part of the form needs information from a colleague, assign that section to them so they can fill it in.

Step 8: Check who changed what
Open the audit trail for any section to see who completed or changed it, and when — useful if you need to check the history.

Step 9: Submit the form
Once every required section is complete, submit the whole form so it moves on for review or the next step.

Step 10: Go back to your list of forms
Use the back button to return to the project's list of forms, where you can check overall status or open another one.
