Capture a digital signature
Use the signature pad to add an approved signature to a form by drawing, typing, or uploading an existing image.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the signature pad
Select the signature field in your form to open the signature pad with drawing, typing, and upload options.

Step 2: Choose how to add your signature
Use the icons to switch between drawing, typing your name, or uploading an existing signature image.

Step 3: Draw your signature
In Draw mode, use your mouse or touchscreen to write your signature in the canvas area.

Step 4: Type your signature
In Type mode, enter your name and choose a handwritten-style font to generate a clean signature image.

Step 5: Upload a signature image
In Upload mode, select a saved image file of your signature; it is automatically scaled to fit the signature area.

Step 6: Clear and try again
Use the reset or clear option to remove the current signature and create a new one in any mode.

Step 7: Confirm and save the signature
Select the confirm or tick button to save the current signature to the form using the selected mode.
