Capture a digital signature

Use the on-screen signature pad to draw and capture a legally relevant digital signature directly in the form.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the signature field​

Scroll to the part of the form that includes the signature pad; you will see an empty rectangular area ready for you to sign.

Step 2: Draw your signature​

Click and hold your mouse (or press with your finger or stylus on a touch device) inside the signature area, then move to draw your signature; release when you are finished.

Step 3: Review your captured signature​

Check that your signature is clearly visible in the pad; it will automatically be stored with the form data as an image.
