Configure dynamic form fields and attachments
Configure and review interactive form fields, including required markers, quick options, and file or image uploads within a form.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form configuration area
Navigate to the form where fields are rendered and open the section that lists individual questions and inputs managed by the field renderer.

Step 2: Review field labels and required markers
Check each field label and confirm that required questions show a clear required marker so respondents know which information must be provided.

Step 3: Configure quick options and chips
For fields that support quick options or chip-style selections, specify the available choices and verify that clicking them selects or deselects the relevant value.

Step 4: Enable and test file and image uploads
Add or adjust fields that accept file uploads, then drag and drop or browse to upload documents or images, confirming that supported types and sizes are handled correctly.

Step 5: Use signature and special input fields
Include signature or other specialised input types where needed, ensuring that users can enter or draw the required information and that it is captured in the form.

Step 6: Validate behaviour on blur and navigation
Move between fields to trigger blur and validation behaviour, confirming that any missing required values or invalid inputs are clearly indicated before submission.
