Configure self-service options when issuing a form
Configure whether a form can be issued by team members via self-service and set a cap before sending it out.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Browse & Issue wizard
Navigate to the Browse & Issue screen for your project to see the list of available form templates you can issue.

Step 2: Review available templates
Browse the templates shown in the catalogue and identify the permit or form you want to issue, noting any that support self-service by default.

Step 3: Start issuing a template
Select the appropriate template and choose the Issue option to open the inline wizard for that specific form.

Step 4: Set who the form is for
In the first wizard step ("who"), choose the intended recipients or assignees to make sure the form reaches the right people.

Step 5: Choose when the form should be active
In the "when" step, set the relevant dates or schedule so the form is issued at the correct time in your project workflow.

Step 6: Configure self-service availability
In the "self" step, review the default self-service settings from the template and adjust whether team members can issue this form themselves and how many times.

Step 7: Set the self-service cap
If self-service is enabled, specify the maximum number of self-issued instances allowed so usage is controlled across the project.

Step 8: Review and send the form
In the final "send" step, confirm all details, including self-service options and caps, then issue the form so it becomes available to recipients.
