View formatted guidance in form fields
Review form guidance and notes that are automatically formatted from markdown into clear, readable text.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form with automated guidance
Navigate to the relevant form; any guidance or notes that have been pre-populated by the system will appear in read-only text blocks.

Step 2: Read formatted headings and emphasis
Review the guidance where markdown headings, bold, italic and dividers are rendered as styled text instead of raw symbols like "#", "**" or "_".

Step 3: Scan bullet points and numbered lists
Use the formatted bullet and numbered lists to understand step-by-step instructions or checklists without having to interpret markdown characters.

Step 4: Review tables and block quotes
If the guidance includes tables or quoted advice, read them in a clean, scrollable layout that preserves structure for easy comparison and reference.

Step 5: Follow internal and external links safely
Click links in the guidance; internal links open within the app, while external links open in a new tab so you can reference external material without leaving your current work.

Step 6: Trust that raw HTML is treated as plain text
Any embedded HTML-like content, such as "<script>" or image tags, is displayed as plain text rather than executed, so you can safely read all generated notes.

Step 7: Read plain text notes with preserved spacing
When guidance does not contain markdown, it is still shown as read-only text with original line breaks and spacing kept for clarity.
