Issue forms in bulk to multiple recipients
Use this dialog to select a form template, choose a version, add multiple recipients, and issue many form instances at once, optionally with public links and an expiry date.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the bulk issue dialog
From your project or forms area, select the option to issue forms in bulk; the Bulk Issue dialog opens showing template, version, recipient, and settings fields.

Step 2: Choose a form template
In the Template dropdown, pick the form template you want to issue; the dialog then loads the available versions for that template.

Step 3: Select the form version
In the Version dropdown, keep the default “Latest” or choose a specific version so all recipients receive the correct form layout and content.

Step 4: Add recipients manually
In the recipients list, enter each person’s name and email address; use the button to add additional rows until all intended recipients have been added.

Step 5: Upload recipients from CSV (if available)
Use the upload option to import a CSV file of recipients; the dialog populates the recipient table with the names and email addresses from your file.

Step 6: Review and edit the form title
Check the automatically suggested title and, if needed, edit it so recipients can easily recognise the purpose of the form they receive.

Step 7: Add instructions for recipients
In the Instructions field, provide any guidance or context recipients should read before completing the form, such as deadlines or required information.

Step 8: Set expiry and link options
Specify how many days the forms should remain open and choose whether to create public links so that recipients can access the form without logging in.

Step 9: Issue the forms in bulk
Review your selections and recipients, then click the Issue or Send button; the system creates individual form instances, shows a summary of successes or errors, and triggers any notifications.
