Complete a workflow section
Use the workflow section dialog to review, fill in and submit a section of your workflow, including signatures and amendments when required.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the workflow section
Select the relevant workflow section to open its dialog, showing the section title, description and current completion status.

Step 2: Review existing information and prior sections
Check any prefilled answers, locked or hidden fields, and the optional summary of prior completed sections displayed above the sign-off area.

Step 3: Fill in or update the form fields
Complete the visible form fields rendered from the section schema, adding or editing details as required; any locked fields will be read-only.

Step 4: Upload supporting files
Where file upload fields are present, attach the required documents so they can be stored with the section as managed attachments.

Step 5: Provide your identity details when requested
If completing the section as a public respondent, enter your name and email so your submission can be attributed correctly.

Step 6: Add a signature if required
Use the signature pad to draw your signature when the section requires sign-off, ensuring it accurately represents your approval.

Step 7: Enter an amendment note when changing a completed section
If you are amending an already completed section, record an amendment note explaining what has changed and why.

Step 8: Submit the section for completion or amendment
Submit the form to either complete the section for the first time, amend an existing submission, or record a public completion, depending on your permissions.
