Complete a workflow section
Use this dialog to fill in the section form, add any required signature and submit or amend a workflow section.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the workflow section dialog
Select the relevant workflow section from the workflow page; the dialog opens showing the section title, description and current status.

Step 2: Review section details and status
Check the section title, description and status at the top of the dialog to confirm you are working on the correct part of the workflow.

Step 3: Fill in the form fields
Complete the visible form fields in the form renderer; locked fields are read-only and hidden fields are not shown.

Step 4: Upload any required files
Where a form field allows attachments, use the upload control to select and upload files so they are stored against this section.

Step 5: Provide your public identity (if requested)
If you are completing the section as a public respondent, enter your name and email address so your submission can be identified.

Step 6: Add a digital signature (if required)
Use the signature pad to draw your signature, or clear and redraw it until you are satisfied; the signature is saved with your submission.

Step 7: Add an amendment note (when amending)
If you are amending a previously completed section, enter an amendment note explaining what has changed and why.

Step 8: Submit the section
Select the complete or amend button (depending on your mode); if the section cannot be completed, a message explains why it is disabled.

Step 9: Close the dialog
After submission or if you choose to exit, close the dialog to return to the main workflow view; the section status updates to reflect your action.
