Manage form instances for a project
View, search, filter and sort all form instances for a project, as well as open individual instances for more detail.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Form Instances tab for your project
Navigate to your project and open the Form Instances tab to see a table listing all form instances associated with that project.

Step 2: Review the list of form instances
Scroll through the table to review key details for each form instance, such as title, status, recipient, creation date and expiry date.

Step 3: Search for a specific form instance
Use the search box above the table to type part of a form title or recipient; the list updates to show only matching form instances.

Step 4: Filter form instances by status
Use the status filter control to show all form instances or only those with a particular status, such as draft, issued or completed.

Step 5: Sort the table by different columns
Click a column header, such as Title, Status, Recipient, Created or Expires, to sort the table; click again to reverse the sort order.

Step 6: Open a form instance for more detail
Click a row in the table to open the selected form instance and view or manage its full details.

Step 7: Copy the public link to a form instance
Use the copy link action for a row to copy the public URL for that form instance, so you can share it with recipients.

Step 8: Refresh the list of form instances
Use the refresh control to reload the list and ensure you are viewing the latest form instances and statuses.
