Keep track of all your forms in one place
Check the status of every form on your project, find the one you need, and send out new ones — on their own or in bulk.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Form Instances tab
Go to your project and open the Form Instances tab to see every form linked to it, including who it's with, its status, and key dates.

Step 2: Search and filter your forms
Use the search box to find a form by title or recipient, and use the status filter to only show forms that are, for example, open or completed.

Step 3: Sort the list
Select a column heading like Title, Status, Recipient, Created or Expires to reorder the list — handy for spotting what needs your attention first.

Step 4: Refresh the list
Select refresh to make sure you're looking at the most up-to-date information.

Step 5: Open a form for a closer look
Select a row to open that form and see its full details, responses, and status.

Step 6: Copy a form's public link
Use the copy link option on a form's row to copy its link, ready to share by email or message.

Step 7: Send a new form
Open the issue form option to set up and send a new form, choosing its type — open, assigned, or anonymous — and who it's for.

Step 8: Send several forms at once
Use the bulk issue option to send a batch of forms out to a larger group in one go, rather than one at a time.

Step 9: Open the issue form automatically from a link
Some project links are set up to open the issue form on their own, with a default type — open, assigned, or anonymous — already chosen for you.
