View a section audit trail
Review the completion history for a specific form section, including who completed it, when, and any amendment notes.

Steps
Step 1: Open the section audit trail
From the form or workflow screen, open the audit trail for the relevant section (for example, by selecting an "Audit trail" or "History" option for that section). A dialog titled "Audit Trail" with the section name opens.
Step 2: Wait for the audit trail to load
The dialog initially shows a loading state while the system retrieves the section’s completion history. If there is a problem loading the data, an error message is displayed explaining that the audit trail could not be loaded.
Step 3: Review completion entries
Once loaded, review each listed revision, which is shown as a card with its revision number, completion date and time, and the user or external party who completed the section. Revisions are ordered with the most recent at the top.
Step 4: Check amendment notes
For any revision that includes an amendment note, read the note displayed beneath the completion details to understand what was changed or why the section was amended.
Step 5: Confirm when no history is available
If there have been no completions for the section, the dialog shows a message indicating that there are no section completions yet.
Step 6: Close the audit trail dialog
When finished reviewing the history, close the dialog (for example, by using the dialog’s close control) to return to your previous view.
