This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form template list
Navigate to the section of the application that lists form templates; you will see a table showing each template with its name, scope (for example Org or Project), category, current version, last updated date and tags.

Step 2: Review template details in the table
Scan the table rows to compare templates; use the Template, Scope, Category, Version, Updated and Tags columns to identify the template that best fits your needs.

Step 3: View a template
Select the Eye action in the Actions column for a specific template to open it in read-only mode and review its structure and content without making any changes.

Step 4: Edit an existing template
If you have permission to edit a template, choose the Pencil action in the Actions column to open the editable version and update its settings or configuration details.

Step 5: Review template versions
Use the History action in the Actions column to open the version history for a selected template, allowing you to inspect previous versions and understand how the template has evolved.

Step 6: Open the template in the form designer
Select the PenTool action in the Actions column to open the chosen template in the form builder, where you can create a new version based on the existing design.

Step 7: Change pages of templates
Use the pagination controls below the table to move between pages when there are more than 50 templates; adjust the page number to continue browsing additional templates.
