Complete a shared public form
Use a shared public link to review any instructions, fill in the required fields, and submit a form, including multi‑section workflows when enabled.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the public form link
Follow the shared link to the public form; review the form title, description, and any project or organisation details shown at the top of the page.

Step 2: Review expiry and access status
Check any expiry message or access warning displayed; if the form has expired or is unavailable, follow the on‑screen guidance instead of proceeding.

Step 3: Enter your name and email (if requested)
If the form is not anonymous, enter your name and email address in the contact details fields so the organisation can associate your submission with you.

Step 4: Navigate workflow sections (if shown)
When a workflow progress bar or section list appears, use it to see which sections are pending, in progress, or complete, and select the section you want to work on.

Step 5: Open a workflow section
Click a section in the workflow list to open it in the section dialog, review its instructions, and see only the fields that belong to that section.

Step 6: Fill in section fields
Complete all visible fields in the section, following any field‑specific guidance; locked fields cannot be edited and hidden fields will not be shown.

Step 7: Mark the section as complete
Use the section dialog controls to save your answers and mark the section as complete so that the workflow progress updates accordingly.

Step 8: Complete remaining sections
Repeat opening, completing, and marking each remaining section until the workflow progress indicator shows that all required sections are complete.

Step 9: Fill in the main form (if no workflow or additional fields)
When no workflow is enabled, or after sections are complete, fill in any remaining fields shown in the main form area and ensure all required questions are answered.

Step 10: Submit the form
Click the submit button to send your responses; wait for the confirmation message or toast notification indicating that your submission has been received.

Step 11: Review submission confirmation
After submitting, review any confirmation text or follow‑up instructions displayed, such as what will happen next or who to contact with questions.
