Complete a shared public form

Fill in and submit a public form that has been shared with you via a link, including any required workflow sections.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Follow the public form link you have been sent; the form page opens showing the organisation details, form title, description, and any instructions or expiry date.

If the form is not anonymous, enter your name and email address in the fields at the top of the page so your responses can be identified and confirmed.

Step 3: Review workflow sections and progress

If the form uses workflow sections, review the section list and progress bar to see which sections are required, which are in progress, and which are complete before you start filling them in.

Step 4: Open a workflow section to complete its questions

Select a section from the workflow list to open it; the questions for that section are displayed based on the form schema, with any prefilled, locked, or hidden fields already applied.

Step 5: Fill in the form fields for the section

Complete all visible fields in the open section, following any field types and validations (such as text, numbers, dates, or required fields) until the section is ready to be marked as complete.

Step 6: Mark the section as complete

Use the section completion controls (for example, a save or complete button in the section dialog) to save your answers and update the workflow progress for that section.

Step 7: Repeat for remaining sections

Continue opening and completing each remaining workflow section until all required sections show as complete in the workflow progress view.

Step 8: Review all responses before submission

Scroll through the form or navigate between sections to double-check your entries, ensuring that any mandatory fields have been filled in correctly and that there are no outstanding errors.

Step 9: Submit the completed form

Use the submit button to send your completed responses; if submission is successful, a confirmation message is shown and you may be redirected away from the form page.
