Complete a public form request
Use a shared link to review, complete, and submit a public form, including multi-section workflows and follow-up actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open your public form from the shared link
Follow the shared form link you received to open the public form page, where the form title, description, and any organisation or project details are displayed.

Step 2: Confirm your name and email
Review the pre-filled name and email taken from your sign-in details (if available), or type your details manually so the organisation can identify and contact you about this request.

Step 3: Review the workflow landing view
If the form uses a workflow, start on the landing view to see which sections are required, any deadlines, and your overall progress before you begin entering information.

Step 4: Navigate workflow sections
Use the workflow stepper to open a specific section, see its status, and move between sections in the required order so you can complete each part of the form.

Step 5: Fill in required fields for the current section
Complete all visible fields for the selected section, noting that some fields may be locked or hidden based on configuration, and use on-screen guidance where provided.

Step 6: Mark a section as complete
Submit the current section to mark it as complete in the workflow; the section status updates in the stepper and you may see a confirmation message highlighting what you have just finished.

Step 7: Continue until all required sections are complete
Repeat the process of opening sections, providing the requested information, and marking them as complete until every required section in the workflow shows as done.

Step 8: Submit the full form
When all required sections are completed, submit the entire form so your responses are sent to the organisation, and underlying tracking records the successful submission.

Step 9: Review the submission confirmation
After submitting, review the confirmation view to see that your form has been received and check any follow-up instructions or reference details shown on screen.

Step 10: Request another similar permit or form (if available)
If a self-service option is shown, use the "request another" action to quickly start a new, similar form or permit request without needing a separate link.

Step 11: Open the permit hub for this request (if available)
Where a permit hub link is available, follow it from the confirmation or form page to manage this permit, view its status, and access any related actions in one place.
