Issue forms in bulk to multiple recipients
Use the Bulk Issue dialog to select a form template and version, define recipients, and issue many form instances at once, optionally creating public access links.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Bulk Issue dialog
From your project, open the Bulk Issue dialog so you can issue multiple form instances in a single action.
Step 2: Choose a form template
Select the form template you want to issue from the template list; the system loads available versions for that template.
Step 3: Select a form version
Pick the specific version of the template to issue (or keep the default latest version) so all recipients receive the correct form.
Step 4: Add recipients manually
Fill in each recipient’s name and email address in the recipients list, adding or removing rows as needed to match who should receive the form.
Step 5: (Optional) Upload recipients from CSV
Upload a CSV file containing recipient names and email addresses to quickly populate the recipients list instead of entering them one by one.
Step 6: Configure title and instructions
Enter a title and any instructions that recipients should see when they receive their form instances.
Step 7: Set expiration and link options
Specify how many days the issued forms remain valid and choose whether to create public links for recipients to access their forms.
Step 8: Issue forms in bulk
Confirm and issue the forms; the system creates all requested form instances for the listed recipients and returns a bulk issuance result.
Step 9: Review issuance results
Check the summary of the bulk issuance (such as successes and failures) so you can confirm delivery or take follow-up actions.
