View form template details
Review key information about a form template, including its scope, latest version and example field layout.

Steps
Step 1: Open the form template details page
Navigate to the Forms section, select Templates, and click the form template name to open its details page.
Step 2: Review template header information
At the top of the page, review the template name, favourite status, scope badge, and any quick actions such as edit or version history (if available to your role).
Step 3: Check template metadata
In the main details card, review metadata such as scope, creation and update dates, and other configuration details shown for the selected template.
Step 4: Expand or collapse the form preview
Use the preview toggle control to expand or collapse the live preview of the latest form version, helping you quickly see the form layout without opening the builder.
Step 5: Browse the latest form fields
Scroll through the preview area to see each field as end users will experience it, including labels, types and any visual grouping.
