Find a form template and send it out
Find the right form template in the catalogue and send it to whoever needs to fill it in, with clear instructions and a deadline.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form template catalogue
From your project, open Browse and issue to see every form template you can use on this project.

Step 2: Filter templates by category
Use the category list on the left to narrow the catalogue down to the type of form you need, so you're not scrolling through everything.

Step 3: Search for a specific template
Type keywords into the search box at the top to find a template by name straight away.

Step 4: Check the template before you use it
Open a template card to read what it's for and any notes on how it should be used, so you pick the right one.

Step 5: Start sending the form
On the open template card, choose the option to issue a form. This opens a short set of steps for setting it up.

Step 6: Choose who gets the form
Decide if this goes to someone in your organisation or an external contact, then pick the person or enter their details.

Step 7: Set the deadline
Choose when the form needs to be back by and how many days until the link stops working.

Step 8: Decide who else can fill it in
Choose whether other people can complete this form too, set a limit on how many times it can be filled in, and pick the form type, such as open to anyone or managed by you.

Step 9: Add instructions
Write clear instructions for whoever's filling the form in, and open advanced options if you need to change anything else about how it's sent.

Step 10: Send the form
Check everything looks right, then select send or issue. The recipient gets notified and the form is ready for them to fill in.
