Review a submitted form and see long-text answers rendered as formatted markdown.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the form submission​

Navigate to the project, open the relevant form submission, and wait for the submission details to load.

Step 2: Review the submission header​

At the top of the page, confirm you are viewing the correct template name, such as "Site Visit Audit", along with the submission metadata.

Step 3: Locate the long-text answer field​

Scroll to the "Open Permits" field in the submission detail to see the full long-text answer.

Step 4: Read the formatted markdown content​

Review the agent-generated response under "Open Permits", where headings and bullet points are rendered with proper markdown formatting.
