Review and manage your project forms
Use the forms dashboard to triage, open, and manage form instances for your project, including overdue, due today, and awaiting action items.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the forms dashboard
Navigate to the Forms dashboard for your selected project to see a list of all relevant form instances and their current status.

Step 2: Filter forms by priority
Use the triage filters (Overdue, Due today, Awaiting you, All) to focus on the forms that most urgently need your attention.

Step 3: Review form status and due information
Check each form card for status badges, when it was last updated, and when it is due or overdue, so you can decide what to work on next.

Step 4: Open a form to review or update
Click anywhere on a form card body to open that form instance and review details, complete required sections, or update information.

Step 5: Issue or reissue a form
Use the issue or reissue controls on a form card to send a new form or resend an existing one when further input or corrections are needed.

Step 6: Restore or dismiss forms from the list
Use the dismiss and restore options to hide completed or irrelevant forms and bring back any that you need to track again.
