Manage form field attachments and uploads
Use the form field area to upload, review, and manage files and images required for a submission.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form section that requires an attachment
Navigate to the form and scroll to the field that asks you to upload or attach a file, checking the label and required marker to confirm it is the correct field.

Step 2: Review the allowed file types and size limits
Read the helper text near the field to understand which formats (such as PDF, Word, images, audio, or video) are accepted and any maximum file size.

Step 3: Add a file using drag and drop
Drag a file from your computer and drop it onto the upload area; the field will highlight while you drag and then show the file name once it is accepted.

Step 4: Add a file using the upload button
Click the upload or browse button in the field, choose the file from your device in the file picker, and confirm to attach it to the form.

Step 5: Check the uploaded file details
Confirm that the uploaded file appears in the list with the correct name, type icon or preview image, and an indicator that it has been successfully added.

Step 6: Replace or remove an attached file
Use the delete or remove icon next to a file to clear it, then upload a new file if needed to ensure the correct document or image is attached.

Step 7: Complete any additional required fields
If the field is marked as required, ensure at least one valid file is attached and then move on to the next section of the form.
