Manage form workflows from the Forms Dashboard
Use the Forms Dashboard to review forms, track status and due dates, and jump into the actions that need your attention.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Forms Dashboard for your project
Navigate to the project and open the Forms Dashboard view to see all form instances associated with the selected project.

Step 2: Review form cards and key status information
Scan each form card to see its title, current status, when it was last updated, and any due date or expiry information.

Step 3: Filter forms using triage options
Use the triage filters such as overdue, due today, awaiting you, or all to focus on the forms that most need your attention.

Step 4: Inspect section progress and submission summaries
Expand a form card to view section progress, completion indicators, and any submission summary values that help you understand what has been done so far.

Step 5: Fill in or continue working on a form
Select the fill or edit action on a form card to open the form and either start a new response or continue an in-progress one.

Step 6: Reissue a completed or expired form
Use the reissue option on eligible forms to create a new active instance so that the workflow can be repeated when needed.

Step 7: Restore a dismissed form
Locate a previously dismissed form and choose the restore action to bring it back into your active dashboard list.

Step 8: Dismiss forms that are no longer relevant
Use the dismiss control on a form card to remove it from your main dashboard view while keeping its history available if needed.
