Capture and upload site photos from a mobile device

Use the camera-biased file field to take new photos or choose existing images when completing a form on a mobile device.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the form and navigate to the Photos field​

On your mobile device, open the relevant form and scroll until you see the Photos field, which supports uploading images from your camera or gallery.

Step 2: Choose whether to take a new photo or use an existing one​

In the Photos field, use the mobile-only controls to tap Take photo now to open your camera or Choose existing to browse images already stored on your device.

Step 3: Capture a new site photo​

If you tap Take photo now, your device camera opens in environment mode so you can point it at the site, capture the image, and confirm to attach it to the Photos field.

If you tap Choose existing, your device gallery opens and you can select one or more existing photos to attach to the Photos field.

Step 5: Review attached photos before submitting​

After capturing or selecting images, review the attached photos within the Photos field to ensure they are correct before you continue or submit the form.
