View a shared form submission
Use this page to securely open, review and print a shared form submission, including any attached files or generated report.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the shared submission link
Follow the shared link you received (for example in an email) to open the submission page; the page will load the submission details and check what level of access is required.

Step 2: Confirm access if requested
If prompted, enter your email address or the access password and select the verification button so the system can confirm you are allowed to view the submission.

Step 3: Review submission overview
Once access is granted, review the header section showing the form title, project or instance name, organisation information, submitter details, and submission date so you understand the context of the response.

Step 4: Read any provided instructions
Check the instructions section on the page for any specific guidance on how to interpret or use the submission before you review the detailed answers.

Step 5: Switch between form view and report view
Use the view toggle (for example labelled with form and report options or icons) to switch between the structured form-style layout and any available report-style layout of the same submission.

Step 6: Review answers and field values
Scroll through the content to review each question and its answer, including repeated sections and any fields marked as not provided, so you can fully understand the submitted information.

Step 7: Open and download attachments
For any file, image or document fields, select the attachment links or buttons to open or download the files for closer inspection or to store them in your own records.

Step 8: Print or save as PDF
Select the print button on the page to open your browser’s print dialogue, where you can choose a printer or save the submission as a PDF for sharing or archiving.
