This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Review the overall workflow status

At the top of the page, check the status banner to see whether the workflow is not started, in progress, or fully completed, helping you quickly understand overall permit progress.

Step 3: Identify which steps are completed or amended

Look for steps marked as completed or amended; these show a check-style status and allow you to open them to view full details of what was submitted or changed.

Step 4: Find the next step that requires action

Use the status and action label on each section (for example "Fill in permit request", "Sign & acknowledge", "Review & approve", or "Complete inspection") to quickly locate the next step where you or another party must take action.

Step 5: Understand why a step is locked or waiting

For any locked section, read the brief waiting message (such as "Available once the permit is issued" or "Available once work is complete") to see which earlier step must be finished before this one can start.
