Complete an audit form instance
Use the Form Fill page to review, complete and submit an audit form instance for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the audit form from your project
From your project area, select the relevant audit and open its form instance to view all available sections.

Step 2: Review the form details and sections
On the Form Fill page, review the form title, version and list of sections, including any indicators of progress or completion.

Step 3: Complete a section of the form
Select a section to open it, enter the required information into the fields provided, and save your changes so the section progress is updated.

Step 4: Mark a section as complete or amend it
When you have finished a section, mark it as complete, or reopen a completed section to amend responses if further changes are required.

Step 5: Assign a section to another team member
Use the assignment controls to allocate a section to another team member so they can provide or update the required information.

Step 6: Check overall progress and section completions
Review the progress indicators and completion list for all sections to confirm everything has been filled in as expected.

Step 7: Submit the completed audit form
Once all sections are complete and reviewed, submit the form instance to finalise the audit and trigger any follow-up workflows.
