Complete project form sections
Use the workflow view to complete, review and submit each section of a multi-section project form.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the form instance
From your project, open the form instance to see the overall workflow progress and list of sections for that form.

Step 2: Review overall workflow progress
Use the workflow overview to see which sections are not started, in progress or completed, and identify your next actionable section.

Step 3: Open a section to edit
Select a section from the workflow list or stepper to open it in the section dialog and begin entering or updating answers.

Step 4: Fill in the section fields
Complete all required fields in the form renderer for the active section, using any prefilled values as a starting point.

Step 5: Mark the section as complete
When you are satisfied with your answers, use the section controls to complete the section so its status updates in the workflow.

Step 6: Amend a completed section if needed
Reopen a completed section to make amendments, capture the reason for the change and save the updated responses.

Step 7: Assign a section to a colleague
Use the assign section dialog to select a team member who should be responsible for completing a specific section.

Step 8: View section audit history
Open the section audit trail dialog to review who changed what and when for that section.

Step 9: Follow the guided workflow
Use the workflow stepper to move through sections in order, automatically jumping to the next actionable section after you finish one.

Step 10: Review completion summary
After finishing your final actionable section, review the completion summary showing the last section you completed and overall status.

Step 11: Submit the form instance
Once all required sections are completed and reviewed, submit the form instance so it can be used in downstream workflows or audits.
