Configure self-service options when bulk issuing forms
Configure whether newly bulk-issued forms allow self-service access, and apply the template defaults consistently across multiple instances.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Bulk Issue dialog
Open the Bulk Issue dialog for your project so you can create multiple form instances at once and review their self-service settings.

Step 2: Choose a form template
Use the template dropdown (first combobox) to select the form template you want to bulk issue; this selection will load the template's default self-service settings.

Step 3: Review the self-service toggle
Check the self-service toggle, which is automatically set based on the selected template's default_allow_self_service setting, to confirm whether self-service should be enabled.

Step 4: Adjust the self-service cap (if enabled)
If self-service is enabled, review or update the self_service_cap value to control how many self-service issues are allowed for the bulk-issued instances.

Step 5: Confirm and issue forms in bulk
Confirm your template and self-service choices, then submit the dialog to bulk issue all selected forms with the configured self-service options applied.
