Capture and save your form signature

Use the signature field to sign a form digitally, reuse a saved signature, and confirm when and by whom the form was signed.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the signature field

Tap the signature to-do area in the form to expand the signature pad and start the signing process.

Step 2: Draw or apply your signature

Use your mouse or touchscreen to draw your signature in the pad; if a saved signature is available, apply or update it as needed.

Step 3: Save your signature for future forms

Choose the option to save your current signature so it can be reused automatically on other forms linked to your account.

Step 4: Confirm the signed state

After signing, review the field summary showing that the signature is complete, including who signed and when, before submitting the form.
