Review notifications in the activity dashboard

Use the notifications widget to quickly see updates from agents and teammates, and understand when there is nothing needing your attention.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the activity dashboard​

Navigate to the activity section of the PlanOps dashboard where the notifications widget is displayed alongside other activity widgets.

Step 2: Review recent notifications​

Look at the notifications list to see the latest updates from agents and teammates about your plans and activities.

Step 3: Understand the "all caught up" empty state​

When there are no notifications to review, the widget shows a friendly message saying "You're all caught up" and explains that updates from agents and teammates will appear here.

Step 4: Return later for new updates​

Continue your other work and return to the activity dashboard later; new notifications will appear in this widget as they are created by agents and teammates.
