Review AI insights for your plan
Use the AI Insights feed to scan automatically generated observations, warnings and recommendations about your current plan so you can prioritise follow-up actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI Insights widget
Locate the “AI Insights” card on your dashboard to open the feed of automatically generated insights related to your current plan.

Step 2: Review the insight summary
At the top of the widget, review the summary counts by category and priority to understand how many information items, warnings, errors and successes the AI has detected.

Step 3: Scan the list of insights
Scroll through the list of insights to quickly read the titles and short summaries generated by different AI agents, noting any items marked as high priority.

Step 4: Inspect a specific insight in detail
Select an individual insight to see its full detail, including the longer explanation, confidence level and any related items or recommended actions.

Step 5: Filter and prioritise insights
Use the available filters, categories and priority indicators to focus on the most urgent or relevant insights for your current work.

Step 6: Refresh insights to see the latest analysis
Click the refresh control on the widget to request an updated AI analysis and load the most recent insights into the feed.
