Customise your dashboard layout
Adjust the position and size of dashboard widgets so your most important information is easy to see and manage.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the dashboard view
Navigate to the main dashboard screen where your widgets are displayed in a grid layout with multiple columns.

Step 2: Review the current widget arrangement
Look over the existing widgets in the grid to identify which items you want to move, resize, lock or hide.

Step 3: Move widgets to new positions
Click and drag a widget’s header or body to a new location on the grid; when you release it, the grid automatically adjusts and compacts other widgets around it.

Step 4: Resize widgets to show more or less detail
Drag a widget’s resize handle to change its width and height within the grid limits so you can see more detail or save space.

Step 5: Respect locked and inherited widgets
Note that some widgets may be locked or inherited from a higher-level template and cannot be moved or resized; adjust only those that are available to you.

Step 6: Let the layout adapt to your screen
Resize your browser window to see the grid automatically recalculate column widths so widgets remain readable on different screen sizes.

Step 7: Save and use your personalised layout
Continue working with the dashboard after arranging it; your new widget positions are captured by the system and used the next time you view the dashboard.
