Customise your dashboard layout

Adjust the position and size of dashboard widgets so your most important information is easy to see and manage.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the dashboard view

Navigate to the main dashboard screen where your widgets are displayed in a grid layout with multiple columns.

Step 2: Review the current widget arrangement

Look over the existing widgets in the grid to identify which items you want to move, resize, lock or hide.

Step 3: Move widgets to new positions

Click and drag a widget’s header or body to a new location on the grid; when you release it, the grid automatically adjusts and compacts other widgets around it.

Step 4: Resize widgets to show more or less detail

Drag a widget’s resize handle to change its width and height within the grid limits so you can see more detail or save space.

Step 5: Respect locked and inherited widgets

Note that some widgets may be locked or inherited from a higher-level template and cannot be moved or resized; adjust only those that are available to you.

Step 6: Let the layout adapt to your screen

Resize your browser window to see the grid automatically recalculate column widths so widgets remain readable on different screen sizes.

Step 7: Save and use your personalised layout

Continue working with the dashboard after arranging it; your new widget positions are captured by the system and used the next time you view the dashboard.
