Review and retry AI insights with friendly error messages
Manage AI insight errors in the feed using clear messages, optional technical details, and a retry action to run the task again.

Steps
Step 1: Identify an AI insight with an error
In the AI insights feed, locate an insight that indicates a problem with generating an output, such as an organogram that could not be created. The insight appears in plain language rather than exposing raw system error text.
Step 2: Read the friendly explanation of what went wrong
Open the error insight to read a clear, human-friendly message describing the issue, for example that the image service is temporarily unavailable and that your task has been saved.
Step 3: Retry the AI task from the insight
Use the Retry action on the error insight to ask the system to run the AI task again, which triggers an updated insight once processing completes.
Step 4: View or hide technical error details for support
If you need more diagnostic information, select View details to reveal the underlying technical trace, then use Hide details to collapse it again when you have finished reviewing.
