Change your dashboard level

Use the dashboard inheritance indicator to switch between PlanOps, organisation, project, and personal dashboards so you can view the most relevant configuration for your work.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the dashboard level menu​

At the top of the dashboard, select the current dashboard label (for example, “PlanOps Standard” or “My Dashboard”) to open the inheritance menu that lists all available dashboard levels.

Step 2: Review available dashboard levels​

In the menu, review each listed level (such as PlanOps Standard, Organisation Dashboard, Project Dashboard, and My Dashboard) along with its description so you understand whether it is a global, organisation-wide, project-specific, or personal view.

Step 3: Choose the dashboard level you want to use​

Select the level you want to view; the system switches the dashboard to that level and applies the corresponding configuration, showing it as the current active level.
