Review lifecycle item details
Use the lifecycle item detail surface to review key metadata, current stage, and linked tasks for a selected workspace item.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a lifecycle item
Navigate to the relevant workspace area and select a lifecycle item (for example a RAMS or Materials record) to open its detail view.
Step 2: Review the current lifecycle stage
At the top of the detail view, review the item's current lifecycle stage, including its status label and colour, to understand where it is in the process.
Step 3: Check key metadata fields
Scroll through the details panel to review the metadata fields configured for this lifecycle, such as descriptive information, classifications, and any other recorded attributes.
Step 4: Inspect required information for this stage
Confirm which fields and documents are required for the current stage so you can ensure the item is ready to progress through its lifecycle.
Step 5: View linked programme tasks
In the linked items region, review the list of associated programme tasks so you can see how this item connects to wider project activities.
