Review workspace items in the board view

Use the board view to quickly scan workspace items by status, see priorities and due dates, and open an item for more detail.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the board view

Navigate to the workspace section where items are shown as cards in vertical columns grouped by status (for example, To Do, In Progress, Completed). Each column may show an empty state message if there are no items with that status.

Step 2: Scan item cards by type and priority

Review each card’s top bar and header to understand the item at a glance. The coloured strip at the top indicates priority, the small emoji icon shows the item type (such as task, deadline, milestone, or meeting), and a badge highlights the priority level (High, Medium, or Low).

Step 3: Read item titles and descriptions

Look at the card body to read the item title and a short description, which are truncated if they are long. Use these details to identify which work items are relevant to you without opening each one individually.

Step 4: Identify due dates and overdue items

Check the due date and status area of each card. Items that are overdue and not completed are visually highlighted so you can quickly spot work that needs urgent attention.
