Review and manage public page submissions

Review incoming submissions for your public project page, inspect their details, and decide whether to accept, reject, or request a resubmission.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the submissions table

Navigate to the public page detail view for your project and scroll to the submissions section to see a table of all received submissions sorted by most recent first; if no entries appear, the message "No submissions received yet." is shown instead.

Step 2: Scan submission statuses and key details

Review each row in the table to see when a submission was made, along with its current status shown as a coloured status badge, so you can quickly identify which submissions need attention.

Step 3: Open a submission to see full details

Select the Eye icon or equivalent "View" action in a row to open the submission detail dialog, where you can inspect all submitted information and any AI review or resubmission comparison for that submission.

Step 4: Compare resubmissions with previous versions

For resubmitted entries, use the details dialog to view the per-slot resubmission differences that highlight what has changed compared with earlier submissions, helping you decide whether the updates are sufficient.

Step 5: Accept a suitable submission

In the submission detail dialog, choose the option to accept the submission and optionally add internal notes; the submission status updates to show that it has been accepted.

Step 8: Retry an AI review for failed submissions

For submissions where the on-submit AI review has failed, use the Retry review control in the detail dialog to trigger another automated review; while the retry is in progress the retry actions for that submission are temporarily disabled.
