Review and manage public page submissions

Review incoming submissions, check their details, and decide whether to accept, reject, or request resubmission for each entry.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the submissions table

Navigate to the public page detail view to see the submissions table, listing all received submissions in reverse chronological order with their submission dates and statuses.

Step 2: Scan submissions and status badges

Review each row in the table to see who submitted, when it was submitted, and the current status displayed as a coloured status badge.

Step 3: Open a submission to view full details

Select the Eye icon or corresponding action in a row to open the submission detail dialog, where you can see all submitted information for that entry.

Step 4: Compare resubmissions with previous versions

For resubmitted entries, use the detail dialog to compare the latest submission with previous versions, highlighting any differences for quicker review.

Step 5: Accept a submission

From within the submission detail dialog, choose the Accept option to confirm that the submission meets your requirements and update its status accordingly.

Step 6: Reject a submission with notes

If a submission is not suitable, use the Reject option in the detail dialog and provide explanatory notes so the submitter understands why it was rejected.

Step 7: Request a resubmission with guidance

When changes are required, select Request resubmission, add clear guidance in the notes field, and send it so the submitter knows what to update.

Step 8: Retry an automated review for failed submissions

For submissions where the automated review has failed, trigger a retry from the detail dialog to run the AI review again; the Retry option is disabled while a retry is already in progress.
