Upload RAMS via a shared verification link
Use a secure shared link with a one-time email code to upload your RAMS documents for a specific project and contractor.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the shared RAMS upload link
Follow the shared link you received to open the public RAMS upload page for the relevant project and contractor; the page will load the correct details using a secure session token in your browser.

Step 2: Review the RAMS upload instructions
Check the page title, project information, and any guidance shown so you understand what RAMS files are required and any limits on file type, number of files, or maximum file size.

Step 3: Upload your RAMS PDF files
Use the upload area to select and add your RAMS PDF documents, making sure they meet the allowed file types, file count, and size limits shown on the page.

Step 4: Enter the one-time email verification code
When prompted, retrieve the one-time code sent to your email, type it into the verification field, and submit it so the system can verify your identity without storing the code in your browser.

Step 5: Confirm submission and keep the session active
After successful verification and upload, review the confirmation message; your browser will keep a temporary session token so you can revisit the link to check or resubmit RAMS if allowed, until the token expires or is revoked.

Step 6: Return later using the same link
If you revisit the same shared link while your session token is still valid, you will be taken back to the RAMS page without re-entering the email code, allowing you to view or update your submission if resubmission is enabled.

Step 7: Handle expired or invalid sessions
If your session token has expired or been rejected, you will see an error state instead of the RAMS page and may need to request a new link or contact the project team to regain access.
