Manage public pages
Create and manage public, shareable pages that expose selected project information to people outside the project, each reachable through a unique share link.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Public Pages section
Navigate to the Public Pages section for your project; the list of existing public pages loads automatically.
Step 2: Review existing public pages
Scan the list to see each page's name, what it shares, its status, and when it was last updated.
Step 3: Create a new public page
Start the create-page flow and follow the wizard to choose what the page shows and how it should appear to external viewers.
Step 4: Configure sharing and visibility
Set the page's share settings so the right people can reach it via its public link, and review any access or expiry options.
Step 5: Open a page to view or copy its link
Select a page to view it, copy its public share link to send to stakeholders, or make further edits.
Step 6: Deactivate or remove a page
Where you have permission, deactivate or delete a public page to stop sharing its information.
