Step 7: Accept a compliant submission

When you are satisfied that a submission meets your requirements, use the accept action to mark it as approved so the contractor or submitter can proceed with the work.

Step 8: Reject a submission that does not meet requirements

If a submission clearly fails your standards, use the reject action to mark it as rejected and prevent it from being used, ensuring the team knows it is not approved.

Step 9: Request a resubmission with changes

Where minor changes are needed, use the resubmission request action to ask the submitter for an updated version rather than fully rejecting the submission.
