Review public page submissions and RAMS reports
Use the Public Page detail view to review incoming submissions, open RAMS reports, and decide whether to accept, reject, or request changes.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the public page detail from the project
From your project workspace, navigate to the Public Pages area and select the relevant page to open its detailed view, showing its status, key metadata, and the live public URL.

Step 2: Check page status and copy the public link
Review the status badge and basic details at the top of the page, then click the copy icon next to the public URL to share the page with stakeholders or contractors.

Step 3: Preview the public page content blocks
Scroll through the Blocks preview section to see how the page appears externally, including headings, content sections, and any embedded information your submitters will see.

Step 4: Review incoming submissions in the submissions table
In the submissions table, review each submission’s status, submitter details, and timestamps to identify which RAMS or other documents are awaiting your decision.

Step 5: Open and inspect the RAMS review report
For a submission with a completed RAMS review, use the review report action to open the detailed report in a new tab and examine any flagged risks or recommendations.

Step 6: Retry an automated RAMS review if it failed
If an automated RAMS review has failed, click the retry action to run the review again, then wait for the status to update and the banner or toast to confirm the new result.

Step 7: Accept a compliant submission
When you are satisfied that a submission meets your requirements, use the accept action to mark it as approved so the contractor or submitter can proceed with the work.

Step 8: Reject a submission that does not meet requirements
If a submission clearly fails your standards, use the reject action to mark it as rejected and prevent it from being used, ensuring the team knows it is not approved.

Step 9: Request a resubmission with changes
Where minor changes are needed, use the resubmission request action to ask the submitter for an updated version rather than fully rejecting the submission.

Step 10: Close the public page when submissions are no longer needed
Once you have finished collecting and reviewing submissions, use the close page action to stop accepting new submissions while keeping the review history available.
