Manage a public project page

View the details of a public project page, share its link, and manage incoming submissions and RAMS reviews.

Steps

Step 1: Open the public page details

Navigate to the project, then open the Public pages area and select the specific public page to view its full details.

Step 2: Review page status and basic information

Check the page header for its name, public/private status badge, page type, and key information such as who created it and when.

Step 3: Copy and share the public page URL

Use the copy link button to copy the public page URL to your clipboard so you can share it with stakeholders or contractors.

Step 4: Preview the public page content

Scroll through the page preview blocks to see exactly what external users will see, ensuring the content is accurate and complete.

Step 5: Monitor submissions and RAMS reviews

Use the submissions table to review incoming submissions, track their RAMS review status, and open detailed reports as required.

Step 6: Retry a failed RAMS review

When a RAMS review has failed, select the retry option to trigger a fresh automated review for the relevant submission.

Step 7: Accept or close a submission

From the submissions list, accept a suitable submission or close it if it is no longer required, updating the workflow accordingly.

Step 8: Toggle assessment relay for submissions

Use the assessment relay switch to enable or disable automatic relaying of RAMS assessments for new submissions on this public page.
