Verify access to a shared PlanOps page

Use an email or access code to confirm your identity and open a verification-gated shared PlanOps page.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the verification page from your shared link​

Follow the shared PlanOps link you received and review the branded verification screen showing the organisation and project details before continuing.

Step 2: Enter your email address or access code​

Depending on the verification method configured, type your work email address or the access code you were given into the field provided.

Step 3: Request a verification code if prompted​

If the page uses email code verification, select the button to send a verification code so that a one-time code is emailed to the address you entered.

Step 4: Enter the verification code to confirm access​

Copy the code from the verification email (or re-enter your access code), paste it into the code field, and submit the form to complete verification.

Step 5: Proceed to the shared PlanOps content​

After successful verification, you are automatically granted access and redirected to the protected PlanOps page to view or interact with the shared content.
