Download a reviewer decision attachment

Download the reviewer’s decision file from a public submission confirmation page, or return to verification if the link has expired.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the public submission page from your email link​

Follow the secure link in your email to open the public submission confirmation page showing the status of your RAMS or other uploaded documents.

Step 2: Review the submission status and any notes​

Check the submission status (for example, "Resubmission requested") and read any review notes explaining what the reviewer has decided or what changes are required.

Step 3: Download the reviewer’s decision attachment​

Select the decision attachment download link or button to retrieve the reviewer’s file, which may include annotated documents or a formal decision letter.

If your download session has expired, you will be redirected to the verification step instead of seeing a generic download error, so you can re-verify and safely access the attachment again.
