Steps
Step 1: Open the shared RFI response link
Follow the secure public link you received to open the RFI response page, showing the RFI title, description and any instructions from the requester.

Step 2: Review the RFI question and context
Read the main RFI question text and any supporting information so you understand exactly what is being asked before you start drafting your answer.

Step 3: Check any referenced drawings or documents
If available, open the linked drawing or document from the page to review relevant details that will help you provide an accurate response.

Step 4: Enter your written RFI answer
Type your response into the RFI answer field, making sure your explanation is clear, complete and addresses every part of the question.

Step 5: Attach supporting files if requested
Use the upload control to attach any supporting drawings, mark-ups or documents that strengthen or clarify your RFI answer.

Step 6: Review deadline and accessibility prompts
Confirm the stated response deadline in words and ensure your answer and any uploads are complete before you submit.

Step 7: Submit your RFI response
Submit the completed RFI answer so the requester can review your response, and wait for confirmation that it has been received.
