Review schedule collection items and their status
Use the schedule collection page to review each required document, see its current status, and understand what action is needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedule collection page
Navigate to the schedule collection link for the relevant project to see the collection page titled "Riverside Depot — collection", including project and contractor details at the top.

Step 2: Review the list of required items
Scroll through the list of required items, each shown with its title such as "O&M manual (HVAC)" or "Test certificates", to understand everything that must be provided.

Step 3: Check the status of each item
For each item, review its schedule status such as "under review", "rejected", or "awaited" so you can see which documents are being checked, which need changes, and which are still outstanding.

Step 4: Review due dates and submission dates
For items already submitted, review the effective due date and the submitted date to confirm whether documents were provided on time and when they were handed over.

Step 5: Read review notes for rejected items
For items with a rejected status, read any review notes explaining issues, such as incorrect document type or naming, so you understand what must change before resubmitting.

Step 6: Confirm allowed upload types and limits
Check the allowed file types (for example, PDF), the maximum file size, and the maximum number of uploads shown on the page so you can plan how to supply compliant documents.
