Review and manage a public page
View the details of a public page, monitor submissions and manage review outcomes.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the public page detail
Use the project navigation to open the Public pages area and select the page you want to review; the detail view loads with the page header and status.

Step 2: Check page information and status
Review the page name, type, owner details and current status badge to confirm you are looking at the correct public page.

Step 3: Copy the public page link
Select the copy URL button to copy the public link to your clipboard so you can share it with collaborators or stakeholders.

Step 4: Preview the public page content
Scroll through the blocks preview to see exactly how the page content appears to external visitors without leaving the dashboard.

Step 5: Monitor incoming submissions
Use the submissions table to review each submission, including submitter details, dates and current review status.

Step 6: Open and review a submission report
For a selected submission, open the review report to examine the detailed assessment before making a decision.

Step 7: Accept a submission
When a submission meets your requirements, use the accept action to mark it as approved and update the submission status.

Step 8: Reject or request resubmission
If a submission is unsuitable, choose to reject it or request a resubmission so the submitter can address any issues you identify.

Step 9: Retry an automated review
If an automated review has failed or is stuck, use the retry option to trigger a fresh review for the selected submission.

Step 10: Close the public page
When you no longer want to receive new submissions, use the close control to stop further responses while preserving the history.
