View register charts on a document

Use the register chart block to see grouped counts of workspace items, such as open risks by status.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the register chart block on your document​

Scroll through your document until you find the "Open risks by status" chart block within the relevant section.

Step 2: Review the chart visualisation​

Look at the bar, line, or donut chart to see how items are grouped by a field such as status, with each segment showing the total count.

Step 3: Interpret bucket values and tones​

Hover over or read each bucket label, value, and tone to understand how many items fall into each category and whether any are marked as critical or okay.
