Review and manage documents in split view
Use the split view to review document content, manage sections, track versions, and collaborate via comments in a single workspace.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a document in split view
From the document list, select a document to open it in the two-pane split view, with a mini document navigator on the left and full details on the right.

Step 2: Navigate between documents
Use the mini document list in the left pane to switch quickly between documents without leaving the split view.

Step 3: Browse document content
In the right pane, open the Content tab to read the full document, scroll through pages, and review extracted information.

Step 4: Add or edit document sections
Use the section controls and form fields in the Content tab to add new sections or edit existing ones, then submit your changes to update the document structure.

Step 5: Reprocess or update document data
When source data changes or extraction looks incomplete, trigger reprocessing to refresh the document’s analysed content and metadata.

Step 6: Manage generated content
Review any generated outputs linked to the document, delete outdated generated items, or export generated PDFs for sharing and record-keeping.

Step 7: Review connections and workflows
Open the Connections tab to see how the document links to other items, workflows, or tags across the project for better traceability.

Step 8: Track versions and revisions
Use the Versions tab to review the revision chain, compare updates, and confirm you are working with the correct document version.

Step 9: Collaborate with comments
In the Comments tab, read existing comments, add new remarks or questions, and use mentions to involve specific team members in the discussion.

Step 10: Download and share outputs
Use the export and download actions to generate and share PDFs or other outputs with stakeholders outside the system.
