Review documents in the grid
Use the document grid cards to quickly review document details, status, and tags, and decide which document to open or compare.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Locate the document in the grid
Scroll through the document grid until you find the card showing the file-type icon, document title, reference, and coloured source badge for the document you want to inspect.

Step 2: Check document status and metadata
On the selected card, review the source and status badges, summary snippet, tags, and footer details such as author, last updated time, reference count, and revision to understand the document at a glance.

Step 3: Identify processing or comparison indicators
If the document is still being processed, look for the processing indicator on the card; if comparison is available, review the comparison chip and thumbnail marker to see whether there are changes ready to review.

Step 4: Open the document from the card
Click anywhere on the document card to open the document’s detailed view, using the information shown on the card to confirm you have selected the correct file.

Step 5: Open the document comparison view
When a comparison chip indicates that changes are ready, use the comparison control on the card (if available in your environment) to open the comparison view for that specific document.
