Identify document type from a document card
Use the document card badges to quickly understand whether a file is an uploaded report, a generated document, or another unsupported format.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the documents list
Navigate to the documents area of the application where your files are displayed as cards in a grid or list layout.

Step 2: Locate the relevant document card
Scroll through the list and find the document card for the item you are interested in, using the title or reference if needed.

Step 3: Check the badge for uploaded reports
If the document was uploaded as a report without a thumbnail, look for the RPT badge on the card to confirm it is a report-type document.

Step 4: Check the badge for generated documents
If the document was created by the system and has no thumbnail, look for the GENERATED badge to confirm it was generated rather than uploaded.

Step 5: Check the badge for other unsupported file types
For other uploads without thumbnails, look for a badge showing the file extension in uppercase to understand the underlying file type.
